Delighted with my new M340i Touring - the Dealership (through Daniel Runciman) have been brilliant, from bringing a Demo car to the house to make sure the Touring version would fit into our driveway, through ordering then successful delivery.

Overall a great service. However, my dashcam was left with all cables disconnected and dangling from the unit. If you have a GDPR policy or other privacy reasons just let me know and I will disable the device before leaving the vehicle with you.

I booked my car in to get wheel bairings changed due to leaking oil noted during service. Only to find my car getting a health check with video showing what I already new. So instead of getting my car fixed I had to wait another day, for 1 1/2 hr job

W made welcome to the centre after arriving via recovery. Explained my predicament before the team took over and let me know what would happen. Was given a courtesy car without issue. Was kept informed of everything before collecting the car.

Satisified that the work was done, but with the complimentry wash which I always decline but happy to have the inside vacummed, it is never done, every time. Also the courtesy bus to the gyle, no mention of it when i dropped off the car.

Fault fixed quickly. For the 2nd time I was without my car for 6 days due to a suspension sensor fault. Additionally my car was in the garage twice for faulty window guide. Id have given higher score if i knew car was fault free and repairs permanen.

All OK with the service except for during the new rear tyre fitting one of the rear wheels was damaged. Minor damage, but I take great care in never kerbing or damaging my wheels and therefore a little disappointing of this minor damage.

Disappointed. Extortionate servicing costs. Car was returned filthy, with muddy carpets and plastic sheets in the cabin. Despite being told it was washed and vacuumed, it wasn't, but still had the aftersales leaflet saying it had been! Poor show.

Freezing cold outside and quite cold inside so I was disappointed to not be offered a hot drink and to see every other customer sitting with/offered a hot drink. Just an observation - not a complaint. Car was cleaned and within time frame.
